Full design and build of the franchise booking platform, covering UX/UI, WordPress, Stripe split payments, and Shopify Pro Shop integration.

Background

Little Boomers Basketball is a national kids’ basketball program in Australia, run through a network of franchisees delivering age-based classes across multiple suburbs and venues. The business needed a single digital platform where parents could discover programs, find local classes, enrol and pay online, while automatically splitting payments between the franchisor and each franchisee, managing limited class spots, and connecting to a separate Shopify Pro Shop for merch and training kits.

Our Approach

We designed and built Little Boomers as a multi-tenant franchise and booking platform on top of a flexible CMS and modern payment stack.

Modelled franchisees, locations, classes, capacities, and enrolments in a central multi-tenant backend.
Implemented Stripe payments with automatic commission splits between franchisor and franchisees.
Built a location and class finder so parents can search by area, view available sessions, and book limited spots.
Added enrolment add-ons (such as Basketball Kits) to be captured in the same checkout and surfaced in coach views.
Integrated a dedicated Shopify Pro Shop for uniforms, balls, and training gear, linking it seamlessly from the main site.

Outcome

The result is a unified platform where parents can quickly find the right program, reserve a spot in a nearby class, add extras like Basketball Kits, and complete payment in a single, streamlined flow. Franchisees can manage their own schedules, locations, and enrolments, while the franchisor gets central visibility over performance and fully automated commission handling. With the Pro Shop tightly integrated, Little Boomers now has an end-to-end digital ecosystem covering marketing, bookings, payments, and merchandise under one cohesive experience.
